Provincial Nominee Program:
Canadian government has come up with PNP program wherein candidates enjoy speedy visa application process. Applicants should possess necessary skills, proper education, sufficient work experience, and IELTS score. Inorder to qualify for the PNP program, a Canadian province or territory must nominate the candidate. Canadian Experience Class:
Canadian Experience Class is an immigration program for temporary foreign workers and students who wish to become permanent residence. Both the applicants need to have work experience in Canada inorder to qualify. Applicants must plan to live in a province other than Quebec, work experience must be of proper authorization, minimum language ability and application must not be one of the 6 exempt occupations like cooks, food service supervisors, administrative officers, administrative assistants, accounting technicians and bookkeepers, and retail sales supervisors.
Family Class Sponsorship:
Canadian government believes in keeping families together and so prioritizes the process of family class sponsorship. Family members that are Canadian citizens or permanent residents can sponsor a family member living abroad. Inorder to qualify, the sponsor must:
- Prove that they will be able to financially support the applicant if necessary
- Need to enter into an agreement with the government as well as the sponsor relative, where the sponsor will agree to support the family member for certain period
- Prove their intention to live in Canada
- Be atleast 18 years of age
- Not be charged with any serious offence
- Not be bankrupt
- Not to be under removal order if a permanent resident
